Hayley Plays a Dangerous Game With Bill — Plus, Get Ready to Meet The Impaler!
Hayley is dining solo at the club when Leslie waltzes in and plops herself down at the other woman’s table. Hayley makes it clear she wants nothing to do with Eva’s mom, but Leslie… well she’s not one to take “no” for an answer. In fact, she says that “game recognizes game,” countering Hayley’s denials with a raised eyebrow and a warning that “you just haven’t been caught yet.” Leslie says she’ll be available if Hayley ever needs a favor. “All you’ve got is a pre-nup and a ring on your finger,” says Leslie, pointing out she is an Articulette by birth and business partner of Joey, who can help if Hayley “actually needs somebody dead someday.” Just then Bill — fresh from a meeting with Joey — walks in, surprised to find the women together.
“Not today, Satan,” says Bill, insisting Leslie leave. He later tells Hayley about his hand tremors, suggesting maybe they should see Madison again. She pretends to agree, but then suggests it might just be stress over recent events, ultimately using reverse psychology to talk him out of going to the doctor!
Kat Gets One Heck Of a Shock!
That magical date on Anita’s calendar has arrived! She and Vernon are about to make love for the first time in way too long when in strolls Kat! She beats a hasty retreat, meeting Chelsea at Uptown to down whiskey in an effort to wipe the sexy seniors out of her mind.
Meanwhile, when Anita and Vernon pick things up again, in walks Martin! He, too, beats a hasty retreat and, hysterically, winds up drinking with Kat and Chelsea. Talk turns to his kids getting older, including Tyrell having had sex with Jessica. As for Anita and Vernon, they wind up going to the Bowman Hotel, put out the Do Not Disturb sign and go at it!
Around Fairmont Crest
Naomi and Jacob are finally reunited, but she can’t quite get past the danger he was in. As for Jacob, he keeps seeing Doug taking a bullet for him over and over in his head. “My best friend died because of me!” Pulling him close, Naomi does her best to convince him otherwise.
Elsewhere, Martin and Vanessa run into one another and discuss how important it is to tell your loved ones how you feel, because tomorrow isn’t guaranteed. She later goes to see Joey, telling him that Jacob believes he’s The Impaler. She also reveals she’s still struggling with her grief, having just cleaned out Doug’s locker at the club. She’s determined to clean Doug’s things out of the attic next. And in the final moments, Joey receives a call from Randy: The Impaler wants to take a meeting with them! Will we finally find out who the mystery man is?
