Willow Makes a Tearful Confession to Chase — Plus, Tracy’s Big Mouth May Have Tipped Off [Spoiler] That Brook Lynn Was the Other Driver!

 

Chase, in his uniform, checks on Brook Lynn who is in the living room with Phoebe. Chase feels she is meant to be their child, and notes she has Amelia’s favorite stuffed toy, which the little girl left accidentally as she’s spending a few days with Willow.

Will Chase Figure Out Brook Lynn’s Secret?

Tracy soon arrives, complaining that BLQ’s car is blocking the drive, so Chase offers to move it. When the demoted cop returns, he asks his wife why she didn’t tell him something was wrong with her car.

Brook Lynn insists there isn’t anything wrong, but he says there is a rattle coming from the passenger door. Tracy says they’ll take it in to get checked, and then on his way out, Chase lets Portia in.

What Favor Does Portia Ask?

Portia explains she’s here hoping the Quartermaines can help her with something. Portia tells them about Derek’s situation and Isaiah’s hand troubles, which only causes even more guilt for Brook Lynn, as Curtis has wrongfully blamed Isaiah. Portia was hoping GH could fund Derek’s transport, along with the liver, to another hospital, as the family’s insurance is tapped out. Brook Lynn says of course they will, and Portia thanks them. Before she leaves, Portia looks in on Phoebe as Tracy shoots daggers with her eyes at Brook Lynn.

After seeing the doctor out, Tracy tells Brook Lynn that the child’s predicament is not her fault, and nobody can ever know she was the driver of the other car.

Can Gio Help Trina?

Trina stops by Bobbie’s where Gio is working. She breaks the news that she’s not up to rehearsing today because of her family drama. As much as she loves her father, and has defended him in the past, learning about Derek has her seeing things differently. Others are suffering because her dad lost control.

Trina’s even thinking about calling off the showcase, as a singing career is the last thing she should be focused on, but Gio disagrees. He asks how canceling would help her parents or Derek, and she admits it wouldn’t.

Gio says music allows one to express things there are no words for, and he’s so upset he gave up music when his life got turned upside down. He pushes her to use music to get through this; don’t make the same mistake he did.

Molly and Cody Get a Big Surprise!

At Alexis’ place, as Cody reads Molly’s book, again, she is on the phone having issues with the smutty artwork they’ve come up with for her book cover. She convinces the publishers to work on an alternate cover.

Cody suggests she embrace the sexiness, brings up the many sex scenes in the book, and jokes they should recreate them all. They quickly move and get frisky on the couch, tearing off their clothes, only for Suzanne to walk in on them!

They quickly throw their clothes back on as Suzanne apologizes, saying she was dropping off files for Alexis. Suzanne picks up Molly’s script from the floor and says she loved her book. She explains Alexis had a copy of it she borrowed. She quickly realizes that Cody is Casey’s inspiration and is smitten.

Suzanne can’t help but look Cody up and down, and congratulate him on inspiring such a fantastic character. Molly basically has to push an enchanted Suzanne out, and she and Cody chuckle about the situation.

Molly thinks she’ll never be able to look Suzanne in the eyes again, but Cody’s not bothered, as nobody will connect him to Casey. She reminds him he’s coming on the book tour, so yes, anyone with two eyes will. Cody jokes he needs to break out his ten-gallon hat.

Here Goes Curtis and the Broken Record, Again

At Aurora, Curtis fills Michael in on the trouble he’s in with assaulting Isaiah. He goes over all the supposed evidence that points to Isaiah leaving him and Jordan by the side of the road, the story we’ve heard from him for the ten thousandth time now.

Michael suggests getting an attorney and avoiding a trial if possible, as a plea deal could be best. Curtis would take a deal if there was no jail time, as he won’t miss the birth of his child.  If it goes to trial, he thinks there is a good chance he can persuade a jury that he was provoked.

Willow Takes Care of a Potted Plant

At Drew’s, Willow rubs him down with various lotions and lets him know this is hell for her too. While Sidwell is calling the shots, she’s working on something to free them both.

Willow notes that, thanks to Sidwell, one good thing has happened, and that’s that she’s good at being a Congresswoman. She listens to the people, and what they want and need, and when this is over, she wants to keep his seat.

The doorbell rings, and it’s an annoyed Sidwell, whom she called over. Willow once again brings up the idea of stopping dosing Drew, to which he replies, “Not this again!” Sidwell tells Willow to just enjoy the peace and quiet and not having to listen to Drew constantly complain how everyone is against him. He tells her to just think of Drew as a potted plant.

They’re interrupted when Sidwell gets a call, and he asks for privacy, so Willow takes Drew to his bedroom. Alone, Sidwell tells the person on the phone to find Dr. Westbourne and bring her back right now!

Willow soon returns, and again says they need to stop drugging Drew, but she also needs Sidwell to get her dirt on him to keep him quiet. Annoyed, Sidwell tells her to go ahead and stop dosing Drew, and she can keep him quiet by killing him!

Willow insists she can’t kill Drew, which he finds odd as she shot him in the back twice. Sidwell says he has more pressing issues to deal with, so find a way to make this work as she’s a resourceful woman. He also tells her to keep up the good work in voting to fund the WSB, as they do important work.

Sidwell takes off, and Willow breaks down in tears. That’s when Chase stops by with Amelia’s stuffed bunny. Willow thanks him for returning it, and invites him in. He can see something is wrong and asks why she’s been crying. Willow sobs that everything is wrong, and she feels so trapped.

In The Show’s Final Moments

Gio tells Trina she’ll support whatever she decides, but notes that playing with her has made him realize how much he misses music and how great an outlet it is. Trina agrees to try to let her emotions out through song, and she’ll be at the rehearsal.

Cody tells Molly he wouldn’t mind if her fans thought he was Casey, as he turns out to be a great guy and excellent lover. Molly suggests they continue what they started at his place, where no kids are likely to walk in on them next.

Portia busts into Curtis’ office to tell him that Isaiah needs several surgeries, months of physical therapy, and he may never be able to operate again. Curtis once again puts the blame on Isaiah. Portia wonders what he’ll do when he finds out that Isaiah is innocent.

Michael comes home to find Tracy on the phone with the BMW dealership yelling at them, and Brook Lynn explains there are minor problems with her car door. Tracy tells the dealership that the passenger door has been rattling for six weeks now! Good job, Tracy! Whether she realizes it or not, she just may have tipped off Michael, who had to listen to Curtis’ conspiracy theories earlier, that it was Brook Lynn who was the other driver!

Finally, Chase tries to get Willow to open up, and reminds her when she’d come home from a bad day at school, and he’d rub her feet, and she’d talk it out. Willow tells him she can’t do it; she doesn’t want to be married to Drew anymore!

On the next episode of General Hospital, Carly tells Valentin “it” was the wake-up call she needed. Tracy contacts someone and says she needs their skill set. On the phone, Michael tells someone a way set to solve all his problems. Willow confesses to Chase she’s guilty of so much.
