The latest General Hospital promo features a not-so-shocking arrest, schemers realizing they’ve been scheming against one another, and someone ends up dead. But is it who fans are hoping for?

At the hospital, and with Curtis by her side, Stella is placed under arrest. Previously, Alexis warned the patient advocate that she could face prison time for insurance fraud. Curtis has already determined that Drew was the one who used his insider knowledge of Martin’s insurance issues and his influence as a congressman to have Stella investigated. So now he’s got yet another reason to want to see Drew go down!

At the end of Friday’s episode, Ric arrived on Alexis’ doorstep, only to find Kristina home and stewing over her Ava drama. We already know from the promo at the end of that episode that Ric is screaming at Kristina that she belongs in prison. Across town, Cody, having been caught kissing Ava by Molly, tells her it was all Kristina’s idea. That’s likely what sends Ava to the Davis house…

In the promo of what’s to come, Ava and Ric accuse one another of betrayal. It seems they’ve both discovered they’ve tried to lock one another out of their blackmail game. That’s when Ava picks up a marble globe and clocks Ric over the head! But is he dead? One thing is for sure: murder makes strange bedfellows!

The weekly tease closes out on the pier, where Danny and Rocco are stunned when they see a body!  Nina, Alexis, Joss, and an angry Portia’s faces flash across the screen. Wait, Joss? She’s in Croatia and in her own life-and-death situation, having just been discovered by Pascal to be a WSB agent. But back to Port Charles, who is floating in the river? It’s probably too good to be true that it’s Congressman Drew. But we can hope, can’t we?
