Eric’s Horrified by Logan Using His Designs — and Brooke Declares War on Katie
At Logan, Bill and Katie admire their runway and showroom. Elsewhere, Hope and Liam have a tense conversation when she realizes that they’re using Eric’s designs.
Hope’s scandalized when Liam tells her that, while Eric can break his contract and go back to Forrester, he can’t take his designs with him. She tries convincing him to stop Bill and Katie. Liam non-committedly says he has to go.

At Forrester, Brooke exclaims, “Katie can’t do this to us!” She tells Ridge that Steffy is preparing a press release. Ridge rails that he won’t let them use his dad for clickbait. Eric comes in and they tell him Bill and Katie are using his designs. Eric looks horrified as Ridge adds that they plan to tell the world that he created them.
Eric groans, “Ah, God. What have I done?” He rants that the designs weren’t ready for anyone to see. Katie’s going to ruin his reputation! Brooke shakes her head and says she’s sorry that Katie is being so selfish.
Here Goes Nothin’
On Logan’s runway, Bill reminds Katie that Eric’s designs are hers… bought and paid for. She can’t let Brooke get in her head. Katie’s still worried that she’s being disingenuous. Bill repeats that the designs are Logan’s property and there is no turning back now. The press conference is happening soon and she’ll be the next star of the fashion world!
Katie’s phone rings – it’s Brooke. They’re all on speakerphone. Eric tells Katie she can’t show the designs. Bill tells him there’s no turning back and disconnects, which creates outrage over at Forrester, where they decide to go crash the Logan showing.
At Logan, all the guests and buyers have arrived. Liam greets Ms. Bright and her assistant from San Francisco.
Dodging behind the curtain, Liam greets Katie and Bill, who tells him they’re ready to start. Spencer tells Katie he loves her as the fashion show kicks off.
Bill gives a dramatic introduction, and Katie takes the stage to address the crowd and explain that this is her own venture separate from Brooke. Finally, someone asks who is their designer. Katie declares, “It is the one and only Eric Forrester.”
The Final Scenes
The crowd is shocked by the announcement about Eric and some don’t believe it. Bill joins Katie and they explain that Ridge kicked his father to the curb, and it was his idea to come on board.
The preview gets underway, with models walking the runway in glitzy gowns… as Eric, Ridge and Brooke arrive. Liam smacks Bill to alert him. The crowd spots Eric and the press converges on him. “You’re no longer with Forrester?”
As Bill goes over to stop them from ruining things, Brooke accosts Katie and fumes that she’s humiliated Eric. She warns that she will regret it. “This is war!”
