Cassius Makes a Big Mistake With Joss — Plus, Jacks Busts In On Carly In Bed!
At General Hospital, Curtis tells Jordan he is going to call Trina and let her know he’s not coming to The Savoy tonight, but Jordan refuses to let him back out, insisting he needs a night out and some fun.
After Curtis takes off, Jordan looks unhappy and can’t stop thinking about the accident. That’s when Brick arrives with flowers, which cheer her up. He entertains her with stories about his latest espionage missions, using that special Brick flair for exaggeration.
Britt Fills Cassius In On Joss
In Britt’s office, Cassius asks how long his sister has known about Joss being in the WSB. It’s been since The Five Poppies, and she stayed quiet, as Cullum or Sidwell would kill her. Cassius wants to know how Cullum didn’t know any of this.
Britt explains that Joss works for Brennan, who has kept her off Cullum’s radar. She goes on to say it’s Faison that Joss is interested in, not him, and tells him about her finding a copy of their father’s book at Wyndemere. Britt tells Cassius to avoid Joss like the plague from now on. He asks how well she knew Nathan, and Britt says not well, so they don’t need her interrupting the completion of this project. Cassius insists she won’t.
Joss Has Other Plans
Joss arrives home, where Trina tells her she needs to hurry up and change for The Savoy and Michael James Scott. Joss totally forgot and says she has to study and finish an assignment, but Trina argues it’s just one night and that she’ll regret not seeing Michael. Joss urges Trina to go ahead without her, and she’ll try to be there. Trina eventually takes off.
Broadway Hits Port Charles
At The Savoy, half of Port Charles has gathered to see Michael James Scott from Aladdin perform, mingle before the show, and make small talk.
Cody and Molly interrupt and chat with Chase and Brook Lynn, just as BLQ was going to bring up adopting Phoebe to Chase. Work comes up, with Molly saying she hears Turner is pushing the PCPD to find the other driver in Jordan’s accident. Chase says they have a small lead, but nothing concrete. Brook Lynn gets flustered and says they’re supposed to be having fun, not talking shop.
Elsewhere, Trina and Kai talk to Curtis, and Trina thanks her dad for putting this together at such short notice, given all he’s dealing with.
Later, Trina runs into Brook Lynn, who is alone with Cody as the others are hitting up the bar. Brook Lynn hopes that Trina will take her up regarding her office to set her up for a singer showcase, which is like a pre-audition. Trina says she’ll think the offer over, and she runs off to find Kai.
Cody notes that Brook Lynn seems on edge tonight, and it reminds him of when she asked him to drive her to the train station all those years ago at Camp Martha. She explains that she’s just been overwhelmed lately by Phoebe and her uncertain future. Cody reminds her that he’s always here for her.
Meanwhile, Kai asks Gio and Trina when they’ll team up for another open mic night. Trina says she’s going to have to work up the nerves for that, but brings up how Brook Lynn thinks she could have a career in music and offered to help her. Emma thinks she should take her up on the offer, and Kai knows Trina would be a huge success.
What’s Cooking In the Kitchen?
Carly returns home with groceries and surprises Valentin, saying he’s going to cook them a nice steak dinner. She likes hers medium rare.
As he prepares the food, he assumes this is her attempt to apologize for coming down on him for calling the clinic about Anna. She admits she was a bit hard, and he’s glad she can admit when she’s wrong. Carly scrunches her face.
Carly insists she wasn’t wrong, and he might as well have hung a neon sign above her house alerting people that he was here. He says Anna may have information on Cullum that can help them, but Carly accuses him of calling the clinic because of his feelings for Anna. He notes now she’s just jealous.
A huge argument erupts, with Carly telling Valentin she didn’t ask for him to come here, and she’s putting her freedom at risk for him. He says she’s right, states this isn’t working, and storms out.
Valentin heads to the attic, and both he and Carly begin smashing and breaking stuff. Eventually, they storm back to one another, kiss, and head to her bedroom.
Jack Gives Sonny Something to Think About
At Sonny’s office, Sonny tells Jack that if his relationship with Carly is going south, then it has nothing to do with him.
Their discussion turns to Jason supposedly shooting Cullum, and Sonny isn’t buying that Jason would do such a thing. Jack says Britt ID’d him, so that’s enough for the WSB to put him away for life. With that, Jack heads off in a huff.
Sonny heads to GH to see Britt and tells her that Jack told him Jason’s in a black site in Jakarta. Britt thanks him for keeping her in the loop. Sonny brings up the night at the pier and knows Jason was protecting someone. Britt says he was…
Back at Carly’s, she and Valentin hit the sheets as Jack breaks in downstairs and notices the mess in the kitchen. He spots two wine glasses and storms up to the bedroom…
Cassisus Fumbles
Over at Joss’ place, she calls up Crimson to stealthily find out Nina’s whereabouts that evening, and then plans to do the same regarding Nathan. That’s which is when Nathan, make that Cassius, arrives at her door.
Joss invites him in, and “Nathan” claims he’s here to see if she still wants to be gym buddies. She says she was just talking to Nina about the same thing, and she apologizes for bringing up his dad so much the other day.
Joss tells “Nathan” how happy she is that he’s with Lulu, though she’s surprised he didn’t get back with Maxie. She says Nina gushed about his and Maxie’s love, and that special moment on the Fourth of July when they were handcuffed together. “Nathan” fumbles but says, “Oh yeah, how could I forget that.”
In The Show’s Final Moments
At GH, Brick tells Jordan to take it easy, kisses her on the cheek, and says he has faith that she’ll get through this. He heads out.
In her office, Britt lets Sonny believe Jason was protecting her and that he told her to tell the cops he shot Cullum. Sonny says he’ll do everything he can to look out for her in Jason’s absence, so call if she needs him. Britt thanks him but insists she’s fine. He says she knows where to reach him should she change her mind.
At the Savoy, Curtis speaks with Chase and Brooklynn. Brook Lynn says they are sorry about Jordan’s accident. Curtis notes he’s counting on the PCPD to find the driver of the other car. Curtis rants that if the other driver had stopped, they wouldn’t have been stranded so long, and Jordan’s burns wouldn’t have been so bad. Plus, Jordan could have died.
Molly gets a text from her editor about a book tour, and Cody insists he go with her as her roadie.
As Emma and Gio kiss, reliving their trip to New York, Trina gets a text from Michael James Scott that he’ll be there shortly. Trina hopes Joss doesn’t miss this.
At Joss’ place, she tells “Nathan” she’ll text him next week to set up a gym schedule, but he suggests they do it now. She claims she needs to get a run in before it’s too late. He grabs her wrist and says, “It’s already too late.”
Finally, at Carly’s, Jack huffs and puffs outside her bedroom door, bursts in, and finds her in bed alone. Jack seethes, “Where is he!”
