Days of Our Lives Spoilers: EJ Arrested, Shocking Crime Ends with DiMera Behind Bars?
Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers hint that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) could land back at Statesville depending on the outcome of the tainted drug investigation.
Will EJ find himself in handcuffs and eventually an orange jumpsuit as this DOOL storyline heats up?
Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) is helping Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) look into the death of her patient, Destiny (Sarah Bartholomew), and her deceased sister since both fatal outcomes may be tied to a drug called Coriseal.
Sarah speculated that the pills involved may have been tainted in the manufacturing process.
After Brady did some online research, he realized DiMera Pharmaceuticals is one of the companies that makes the generic version of the drug.
Of course, this is going to put EJ on the hot seat since he’s already dabbling in shady drug trials – like the one involving the Versavix and Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) serum combination that resurrected Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford).
That drug is proving problematic as well since Lexie is displaying relapse symptoms.
Although Dr. Rolf will deliver a temporary fix, Days spoilers suggest he won’t be able to stop Lexie from passing away again down the road.
There’ll inevitably be other messed-up drugs to worry about too since DiMera Pharmaceuticals is clearly being set up for a major takedown.
That could lead to EJ’s own downfall down the road.
Even if EJ doesn’t know the full picture of all the shadiness going on at DiMera Pharmaceuticals, he may be used as a scapegoat.
Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) may not hesitate to throw EJ under the bus and make him look totally responsible for this mess.
Days spoilers say EJ may find himself under attack from multiple angles.
This will eventually become an official Black Patch investigation as Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) helps Brady crack the case.
Even Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) seems poised to play a role in EJ’s dramatic exposure through his work as Brady and Steve’s recruit.
Plus, the cops will be involved along with the FBI and ISA since Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) is still working with Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) to go after EJ.
Days spoilers hint that EJ may get backed into a terrible corner somewhere down the line and end up arrested as a result.
That doesn’t mean the arrest will stick since DiMeras have a knack for avoiding legal consequences in the end, but EJ may land in prison for at least a little while.
