General Hospital’s James West Real-Life Accident and Hospitalization – Gary James Fuller’s Two Surgeries
General Hospital (GH) news reveals that Gary James Fuller (James West) recently had a real-life medical crisis.
Fuller spilled about a scary accident and shared how he ended up in a situation similar to ones James has faced on GH.
Viewers know James is a bit of a daredevil, so that dangerous streak gets him in trouble sometimes.
James has even landed in the ER as part of storylines in the past, but it was recently Fuller’s turn to face some hospital drama.
On Instagram, Gary James Fuller admitted that he “pulled a ‘James’” after a ride on his mini bike took an unfortunate turn.
The ABC soap star also offered up a pic of himself looking a little banged up after he was hospitalized, but he smiled through the painful ordeal.
“What started as a ride on my mini bike turned into a trip to the trauma center, two surgeries, and almost a week in the hospital. Definitely not how I planned to spend my week,” Fuller said through the account managed by his mom.
Thankfully, Fuller assured fans that he’s “doing well and getting stronger every day.” It’s good to know Fuller is OK and that he’s on the mend!
After Fuller praised the doctors, nurses and everyone else on the hospital staff who pitched in, he expressed gratitude for all the well wishes and prayers he’d received, too.
Fuller cracked a joke about the less-than-stellar hospital food and talked about how he tried to stay positive throughout the ordeal.
It’s clear that Fuller is a resilient kid with a big heart.
While Fuller was dealing with his medical woes, he got plenty of support from the GH cast, crew and others behind the scenes.
Fuller was grateful to have all his cheerleaders rooting for him to get better.
Since Fuller has been released from the hospital, he’s home and concentrating on his continued recovery.
Fuller said he’s “already looking forward to getting back to baseball, racing, filming’ and all the other fun activities he loves.
Now that Gary James Fuller’s faced this real-life medical mess, he insisted he’s eager to let James handle the emergency room stories from now on!
