General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Drugs Drew For Willow But Shocking Blunder Leads to Disaster?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will confess to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) didn’t have a stroke.

The General Hospital preview for the week of April 13-17 has just been dropped, and from the looks of one scene, it seems that Willow will confess that Drew’s “locked-in” syndrome was caused by her, and not a stroke.

In the promo, Nina is in the living room of Willow and Drew’s home, as she looks at Drew, who’s in his wheelchair.

Willow can be heard in the background saying, “Drew didn’t have a stroke,” as Nina replies with, “What?”

Willow’s mom has a shocked look on her face, so it appears that Willow will spill the beans about what really happened to Drew.

As fans know, Willow was the one who shot Drew.

Not only for retribution on pretty much ruining her life, but her main reason was so that she could finally regain custody of Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko).

Drew created a major obstacle in this regard thanks to his scandals and outbursts, so Willow took desperate actions.

In addition, Drew was also becoming a liability where his partnership with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) was concerned, so Jenz, catching on to Willow shooting Drew, aligned his interests with the congressman’s wife.

Sidwell provided her with the drug to subdue her husband without anyone knowing the wiser, and now he has a more cooperative puppet to do his bidding in Congress.

Willow ended up stabbing Drew in the neck with said medication the day she was exonerated from his shooting, and he’s been in this “locked-in” state – not being able to walk or talk – since.

With that said, Willow needs to give Drew a daily dose of the drug to keep him like this, or he’ll recover from his symptoms.

As Drew knows Willow shot him and is the reason he’s locked in his current nightmare, he must get the injection each day so that he stays the way he is.

Willow’s been injecting Drew with the medication daily, but what happens when she needs to head to Washington or on a business trip?

Willow can’t take Drew everywhere she goes, especially if she needs to head out of town quickly.

Does Willow fill Nina in on what she’s done?

Will will need someone in Port Charles to help with Drew’s daily drug dose, and who better to trust with this task than her number one fan, Mommy Dearest, right?

Nina is sure to be completely caught off guard by the confession, but will she have the heart to continue the dosages?

Unfortunately, Willow has been stupid enough to taunt Drew over what she’s done, and since he knows ‘everything,’ Nina will agree to help and file it under her need to protect her daughter at all costs.

But Nina is not a psychopath like Willow – Nina feels guilt and empathy for others – emotions Willow does not possess!

Will Nina somehow drop the ball and fail to give Drew his dose?

Will this allow Drew to speak, cry out for help?

Might Nina accidentally overdose Drew leading to a shocking disaster?
