The Young and the Restless Summer Promo: Sharon Cries for Help, Lily Frantic and Kyle Flirts with Danger
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that the show released an extended Summer promo that features Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) crying for help, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) looking frantic and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) flirting with danger.
A shorter version of the preview video showed some of the same moments – like Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) running through Aristotle Dumas’ (Billy Flynn) maze and Dumas saying it’s time to make himself known.
However, the extended Summer promo has some different snippets of other partygoers as we get closer to Dumas’ big reveal.
Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters), Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and plenty more attendees will get airtime at Dumas’ bash.
In this longer Y&R promo, Kyle can be seen leaning in as Audra offers up her neck.
It’s a rather intimate-looking moment, but it’ll presumably be part of the perfume battle that Audra’s cooked up.
Kyle may be sniffing Audra’s fragrance sample and playing up their scent feud, but Audra will no doubt hope to pull Kyle closer for real!
It’s the only way to secure all the funding Audra needs for Vibrante since Victor has tasked her with blowing up Kyle’s relationship with Claire Newman (Hayley Erin).
Another significant promo clip involves Lily looking frantic – like she’s all turned around in the maze and in panic mode.
Will Lily get the feeling someone is following her and freak out as she looks for an exit route?
Regardless, Devon Winters (Bryton James) will feel like this whole Dumas shindig is just getting weirder and weirder.
There’ll be some talk about this being a human board game where anything can happen.
Victor will have a few surprises of his own in store, but it’s Dumas who thinks he’s in control for now.
Dumas will get ready to unveil who he really is – and his true connection to Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will also come to light.
If Amanda and Dumas are dating, that’ll add to the shock of what’s coming.
Of course, the proof still points to Dumas being a Cane Ashby (previously played by Daniel Goddard) recast, so that may be the main “shocking revelation” mentioned in the extended preview video.
At one point in the promo, Sharon can be heard in distress as she calls out and asks if somebody can please help.
Devon and Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) then rush over, so it’s possible Lily will faint during all the chaos.
A fatal whodunit is also coming up sooner or later, but that may not kick off until after the mayhem of Dumas’ real identity plays out.
No matter how it all goes down, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Dumas will offer updates on some wild news and make this a memorable party in the process.
