When Hope told Katie that she wanted her new line to drop as soon as possible, her aunt was clearly listening. In the week ahead, fashionista Dottie informs the gang at Forrester that Logan will be sending its second collection down the runway the following day!
Though Electra’s loyalties may be divided, she is at least able to wish boyfriend Will and his family well. She hopes that the show will be a big win for all concerned.
How *Did* She Do It?
Brooke’s reaction to the news of Logan’s rush-rush show is, predictably, quite different from Electra’s. She storms into Katie’s office, hell-bent on finding out where she found a new designer that fast. As usual, Katie dances around the answer while Hope hides and eavesdrops.
But why doesn’t Brooke remember that everyone at Forrester was all OMG about Deke’s designs, then canned him? Would it not even occur to her that, if no one else, this up-and-comer whose work she knows is terrific could be Katie’s replacement for Eric?
It’s (Fashion) Showtime!
Finally, it’s the moment of truth: the launch of Logan’s Hope line. Bill notices that Will seems a little iffy about the whole thing and guesses that he’s concerned about how Electra will react to the fact that Hope has defected. But leave it to Bill to chalk up the dicey scenario as business as usual, nothing more.
