General Hospital Fans Ask If Sonny Will End Natalia Permanently – Is Marco’s Mom a Goner?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) really should’ve just boarded that plane to Belize and enjoyed the beautiful scenery that awaited her. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was quite generous with all the arrangements he made and had everything ready to go.

Now Natalia may have blown her chance at starting a new life. In fact, Natalia might’ve blown her chance to stay alive at all!

Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) knows what Sonny is capable of, so he’s been worried about the possibility of Natalia facing a grim fate at the mob boss’ hands.

That’s why Marco was upset to learn Natalia planned to accept Sonny’s fresh start offer instead of moving ahead with the legal deal he made.

Marco nearly had Natalia arrested in hopes of saving her life, but Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) convinced him that he couldn’t be the reason his mom landed in jail.

However, Lucas may regret that advice if Sonny indeed makes Natalia disappear permanently!

It could happen now that Natalia has been fuming over Sonny being a “bastard” who abandoned her.

Natalia somehow got it stuck in her head that Sonny was going to come with her to Belize and apparently start this new life together.

Of course, it’s delusional for Natalia to think Sonny would leave his children and grandchildren for her.

Sonny agreed he’d stay in contact with Natalia, but he certainly never agreed to be a couple or share in this new beginning in Belize.

Once Natalia found out Sonny’s name was never on the manifest, she flew into a rage.

Natalia had a meltdown in her suite before crashing Daisy’s (Levi Clark Coughlin) christening by planting herself on the back pew.

On the June 30 episode, Sonny will take Natalia outside for a confrontation.

Natalia will complain about how Sonny was supposed to be on the plane with her and unleash her wrath now that she’s feeling jilted.

Sonny will eventually have Paul the henchman drag Natalia away from the church.

The question is: Will Natalia still be going to Belize or will Sonny send her to the Pine Barrens or somewhere else that’ll result in a grim ending?

Sonny’s generosity and patience may run out when it comes to Natalia now that she’s so riled up.

Although Sonny tried to be nice about all this, he may realize a full-blown elimination plot is necessary.

GH writers might even leave it a bit of a mystery, but you can bet Marco will fear the worst if he never hears from his mom again.

Whatever the case, many fans are wondering what the future holds for Natalia now that she’s turned against Sonny.

That doesn’t go well for most people, so Natalia could be a goner!
