A Furious Brooke Flies Over to Confront Katie About Her New Line — and Will’s Sick of Keeping Secrets
At Forrester, everyone has gathered, champagne is flowing, and Ridge announces that the couture line is done! “Eric Forrester, everybody!” they toast. Eric tells his family they each inspire him. He’s back where he belongs. RJ, Zende, and Steffy enthuse that in two days, the spotlight will be on him. Eric feels he lost his way. Ridge says that was all him.
In the design office, Electra introduces Dylan to Dottie and Joseph, who are getting a sneak peek of the couture and jewelry line ahead of the show. Joseph asks about Ivy, and they assure him she’ll be back. They go on about the bling and the Hope For the Future diamond comes up. Dottie asks if Electra knows how to get her hands on it.
Daphne Rose comes in and wows the visitors. Joseph marvels that poor Katie Logan doesn’t stand a chance competing against them.
The Final Push
At Logan, the push is on to finish Hope’s line with everyone working around the clock. Katie asks them all to take a moment and appreciate what they’ve accomplished there. She believes in the collection and tomorrow the whole world is going to see it!
In the showroom, Wyatt pulls out the HFTF diamond and admires it before interacting with Will. Shauna busts in and asks Wyatt to tell Alison she doesn’t need a hall pass and is running Logan’s new jewelry line. This catches Will’s attention.
Alison is sent on her way and Shauna meets Will, who asks about the jewelry line. Shauna explains she’s a last-minute addition. Will isn’t sure how his girlfriend will react to Logan having a jewelry line in direct competition with hers. Umm, is no one else supposed to design jewelry?!
Back in the other room, Deke is grateful for the opportunity and never could have done the designs without Hope. Really? Anyway, he hopes he won’t let her or Katie down. Hope assures him a lot is going to change tomorrow, but they’ll do this as a family.
Bill and Liam join them. Katie says the Forrester show is getting a lot of attention. The press is in town… and they can scoop them. Hope smiles, “Spread the word,” and Liam presses send on the computer. When everyone else files out, Hope gives Deke a pep talk and he asks if she’s sure about this. When her name is announced it will send shockwaves through Forrester and her relationship with her mom.
In the showroom, Will’s parents walk in and he starts complaining to them about Logan developing a jewelry line in competition with Electra’s. He promised his girlfriend there would be no more secrets!
Breaking News
Over in Forrester’s design office, Dottie gets a text alert that Logan’s new line is dropping tomorrow. She sniffs that it looks like Katie is trying to upstage her sister again. Across the hall, Brooke gushes to RJ and Eric about how excited she is to have Hope back at Forrester.
Daphne, Dottie, Electra and Joseph walk into the main office and announce that Logan is dropping their new collection tomorrow. Gasps and murmurs ricochet around the room. Brooke can’t believe this! She won’t let Katie get away with it! With that, she stalks out.
The Final Scenes
At Logan, everyone assures Will that Electra can handle a little competition. Shauna wants to know the name of their designer, but she’s told she’ll have to find out when everyone else does tomorrow.
At Forrester, the family members rant about Katie taking advantage of the buyers being in town for their couture show. Ridge insists he’s unbothered.
At Logan, Katie tells Hope she hopes her mother will be proud of her. The locked door rattles and Alison calls out that they have a problem. Hope hides and Katie opens the door. Brooke busts past Alison and confronts Katie for having a showing tomorrow. “It’s our time! How could you do this?!”
Katie insists it has nothing to do with Forrester; their line was finished. She tells her sister, “It’s going to be epic.” Brooke sneers that if she’s so confident, why doesn’t she tell her who her mystery designer is…
