Victoria Scraps With Diane and Kyle — and Holden Gives Audra a Warning

Noah bumps into Audra at Crimson Lights. She knows things are awkward since she blurted out how deeply she felt for him and hopes they can get beyond that. As he joins her, she admires how he’s sticking by his family. The topic of Sienna comes up, and Noah explains that they’re planning a duplicate of The Shadow Room for Genoa City.

Audra and Noah recall their days in London. That time has been on her mind a lot. He admits that he thinks of it too, but it’s hard for him to forget how dark things got. That said, he can also remember some of the good times.

As Audra ponders how different things could have been if they hadn’t lost the baby, she reaches out to take his hand. Cue Sienna’s arrival. Noah leaps up and kisses her. Audra looks uncomfortable. Noah abandons his leftover muffin to her while he and Sienna walk off for something fresh.

Holden joins Audra and needles her about wanting Noah instead of Kyle. He’s concerned about Sienna, but Audra dismisses her as a non-threat. Holden suggests that setting her sights on a man who is dating the woman with dirt on their darkest secret may not be wise.

Victor Makes Claire an Offer

At the ranch, Victor’s happy to see Claire until she starts grilling him about meddling in Jack’s marriage. He protests that he was merely fighting to get his company back. She can’t shake the thought that it’s a lot more personal than that. Victor will concede that, but reminds Claire that he was an orphan. He had to learn to be tough early and he’s never forgotten it.

When Claire asks what he will do with Chancellor, he explains that it’s the key to getting Newman back. He won’t explain, but does say that Victoria will be working by his side. Victor suggests that Claire join them so he can show her the ropes.

Nikki Tries Talking Jack Down

At Society, Nikki’s amused when Jack admits he’s trying to follow Billy’s advice for once and give Diane some space. Nikki is giving Victor plenty of space. She’s even ordered her daughter to pick up more stuff for her from the ranch. This sounds long-term to Jack. Nikki admits she misses the ranch, and even Victor, but he’ll have to make the first move if there’s to be a reconciliation. Jack thinks she’ll be waiting a long time.

Jack doesn’t want to talk about the yacht, but Nikki has put things together. She witnessed Diane fighting with Patty and guessed that Williams was the woman on the yacht. Jack has his regrets, but Victor has brought “the unconscionable” to a new level.

He hopes he can still count on Nikki’s assistance in teaching the Mustache a lesson. Nikki has doubts about escalating things, but Jack argues that the only way to get Victor to back down is to force him. He hasn’t decided on a plan yet, but vows that Victor won’t know what hit him.

Victoria Infuriates Kyle and Diane

At the Club bar, Kyle and Victoria get into it over her dad’s dastardly deeds. Does she not believe Victor put Patty on the boat?! Victor admits her father’s machinations can be extreme. She’s sorry for what’s happened to his family, but whatever happened with Patty is on Jack. As Kyle protests that his father was drugged, her expression says he’s making a strong case, but she continues to defend her daddy nonetheless.

Diane arrives and launches into a rant about Victor’s “disgusting” actions. When will any Newman ever condemn him? Victoria won’t listen as Diane vents about how Victor did this out of sadism. She tells Diane if she wants to blame someone for her crumbling marriage, she should look closer to home.

When she’s alone with Kyle, Diane admits she doubts Jack was out of his mind when he was with Patty. He may have been drugged, but he was sober when they found him. How can she make sense of that?

The Final Scenes

Victoria arrives at the ranch to pick up stuff for her mom. “She’s lucky that I didn’t throw her stuff out on the lawn!” Victor grunts. Victoria urges him to reach out, but he refuses and walks away. Claire tells her mother that Victor wants to show her the ropes. She loves him, but not the way he does things. She can’t be party to people getting hurt.

Back at Crimson Lights, Sienna and Noah order desserts and chat about seeing Audra again. Audra stares at them from her table. Sienna tells Noah he’ll have to tell her his history with the other woman… and she’ll tell him hers.

On the patio, Holden meets with Cane, who says he has a job for him, but it will be dirty. He needs to make a move on Victor.

Back at the Club, Kyle tells Diane that Jack would never risk what they have. She says he already did; all she thought she knew has been called into question. Jack may be culpable. When Kyle steps away to take a call, Jack walks in and locks eyes with his wife.
