It finally happened, I was hoping it would and I wasn’t dissappointed [insert image of me cheering at my screen here]. Dylan finally seized the opportunity to see if Will would respond to her, but in a romantic way. Did he ever! After Dylan told Will that it was only right that they kiss after Electra and RJ kissed, he was on it, like a car bonnet. Dylan told Will she was a good kisser and by the looks of it, was right on the money with that statement.
And that, soap fans, is what real chemistry looks like. Not the forced stuff we have had to endure since Will and Electra started, whatever it was that they started.
Trust me, Will is much better off putting his rudder to Electra. No more feeling like he’s always to blame for things like, being sexually assaulted for one. How on earth that became his fault and Electra was the victim, I’ll never understand.
After the gross sight of Electra (Laneya Grace locking lips with RJ (Brayan Nicoletti), a betrayal set up by the always-lurking Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer), Will (Crew Morrow) has been struggling to pick up the pieces of his broken heart. That’s where Dylan (Sydney Bullock) stepped in.
Seeing an opening to comfort her grieving roommate, she seized the moment by planting a direct, lingering kiss on him. I know, I know, it’s not proper, not proper at all lol.
This kiss is going to have Will completely re-examine his life choices, but is he still hopelessly tethered to that annoying girl, Electra? Oh dear lord, I hope so.
Looking ahead, the fallout of this kiss could push Dylan to make another bold move. Rather than retreat, she may decide to lay her cards on the table (please do, I implore you) and confess the full extent of her feelings. It’s a move that promises to permanently alter their relationship.
Meanwhile, Ivy is far from finished (meddling or her work load), doubling down on her agenda by relentlessly pushing Electra to move on with RJ and leave Will in the rearview mirror. That’s another headscratcher, what on god’s flat earth does Electra see in RJ? Can someone make that make sense? I’ll wait. Nothing? Neither.
The drama in L.A. isn’t reserved for the younger set, either. Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Hope (Annika Noelle) are headed for another massive collision over their parents’ messy entanglements.
Taylor (Rebecca Budig) and Deacon (Sean Kanan) find themselves caught in a magnetic pull they can’t quite resist, even with Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) looming in the background. In a cringeworthy twist of irony, Sheila continues to boast about her intimacy with Deacon, blissfully unaware that her husband’s mind is actually wandering toward Taylor.
This “beach house twist” has set social media ablaze. On X, one viewer cheered the move, noting, “Finally! Dylan and Will have so much more chemistry than he ever did with Electra.” Over on Facebook, the sentiment was more focused on the puppet master: “Ivy is playing everyone, but I can’t even be mad because it gave us that Will and Dylan kiss. As Dylan finally reveals her truth, Will is forced to look inward. The boundaries haven’t just been blurred, they’ve been well and truly stepped over. Life at the beach house will certainly never be the same. But, it will be more fun! Will is hopelessly in love with Electra, we know that, but wouldn’t it be amazing if he just walked away from Electra, and Forester for good, joined the team at “Logan” with his mom, and maybe just maybe, a job for Dylan too.
